1. 打开终端，输入
sudo nano /etc/hosts
2. 找到这行
74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com
3. 在前面加上一个#，比如
#74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com
4.然后 control+o 保存
5. 最后你再恢复，应该就可以了，总之我就是这样解决的！
