问题解决：在[self.tableView insertRowsAtIndexPaths:withRowAnimation:]和[tableView deleteRowsAtIndexPaths:withRowAnimation:]进行修改的操作前后加保护：
[tableView beginUpdates]和[self.tableView endUpdates]
